Our home has everything you and your family should expect on vacation! Our home also has streaming/smart TV and High-Speed WIFI. For those remote working, we have a portable desk and a charging port for your working needs as well.
Also, please be aware that housekeeping is completed before check-in. No maid services are provided during your stay, and a vacuum cleaner is available for personal use.

***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE***
1) Please note the minimum age requirement of 25 or over. Agreeing to the rental terms also verifies that you meet all requirements.
2) We do not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors.
3) We cannot allow pets of any kind due to health issues.
4) This is a 2-story townhouse with 1st-floor access.
5) Please take note of our sleeping arrangements: Our accommodation includes one bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, another bedroom with a cozy queen-sized bed, and a charming 'bunk' bedroom featuring a twin over full bunk bed. While the bunk bed is primarily designed for children, the full-sized lower bunk can accommodate up to two adults, although it's ideally suited for one adult. This setup provides four beds for up to seven guests. Additionally, we welcome up to a total of 8 occupants, with the option for one individual to sleep on the living room sofa. **If you plan to utilize the top bunk (preferably for a child) during your stay, we highly recommend bringing a sleeping bag as it can be challenging to arrange bedding on the mattress.
6) WE DO NOT SUPPLY LINENS (bedsheets, pillowcases, towels, etc.); please bring them with you. You can contact Ocean City Beach Towel and Linen Service if you prefer to rent these items instead of bringing them.
7) Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
8) NO SMOKING AND NO VAPING ALLOWED.
9) You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
10) Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for EVICTION under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
11) Guests must respect the privacy and peace of neighboring properties. Loud noise, disturbances, or disrespectful behaviors will not be tolerated.
12) Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
13) Please read the attached Rental Agreement. Booking of this property constitutes agreement to all terms and conditions of this rental.
14) Please ensure the thermostat is set to no more than 72 degrees for air conditioning during the Spring/Summer and no more than 68 degrees for heating in the Fall/Winter upon departure. Additionally, kindly refrain from operating the A/C when windows and doors are open. Your cooperation is appreciated.
15) Please note that we do not provide body soaps and shampoos. However, we do provide starter supplies of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as hand soap and dishwashing soap and pods for your convenience.
16) In the event that the renter fails to comply with the rules and regulations outlined herein and in the rental agreement, the property owner reserves the right to remove the renter from the premises immediately, without warning, and without issuing a refund. Non-compliance with the rental agreement may result in additional fees or charges to cover damages or losses incurred as a result of the renter's actions.
