The space
*Florida Winter our pool is heated to 85°*

This home is situated in Davenport, just a short distance from popular attractions such as Disney's Animal Kingdom, Island H2O Waterpark, and the Gold Club. Conveniently located near grocery stores, gas stations, and a variety of restaurants. The property offers a screened pool area with multiple seating options, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 3 twins), a pullout couch in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room table for enjoying meals. The highlight of the house is the newly designed game/theater room, complete with comfortable theater chairs, a popcorn machine, a foosball table, and a large TV.

Pool:
Depth 5 ft.
Please do not leave kid unattended around the pool.
If you would like the pool heat higher than 85° please reach out to us prior to your stay. If the air temperature is below 50° the pool can not be heated / the temperature may not reach 85°. This is because the coils of the heater would freeze.

Pet-Friendly Policy:
Bring your beloved pets along for a delightful stay! We have a limit of 2 pets. We have a few guidelines to ensure a relaxing experience for all guests. There is a $25 pet fee for the entire stay. Please keep pets off furniture and beds and we do not allow dogs in the pool.(a $200 charge applies for any evidence).

Regrettably, dangerous breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions. Kindly inform us in advance about your pet. If your pet will have access to certain rooms, please remove removable rugs. Clean up after your pets. Thank you!

Guests and Extra Guests Policy:
Our pricing is based on 1-4 people staying at the home. If your group exceeds 4 people for more than 1 hour, please adjust your guest count accordingly. There is a small fee of $25 per night for each additional guest. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all.

Other Important Information:
For security purposes, the front door and backyard area are monitored by exterior cameras. This is to prevent unauthorized parties and maintain the quality of our home.
No smoking indoors; $200 cleaning fee for violations. Smoking is permitted outside please discard the buts. This counts for cigarettes, marijuana, vapes etc.
Other things to note
The exterior of the home has cameras covering the front door and the backyard area. This is how we ensure that people don't throw parties and trash our home. If this bothers you please do not rent our house.
No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes inside the home, pool area, front and side of the house. It also includes cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Cigars, Cannabis, or any other smoking devices or products. Smoking will result in an extra $200 fee.
