The apartment's location provides easy access to the city's most popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping destinations, making it the perfect base for exploring all of Dubai!

It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy seating area with a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining area where you can dine with loved ones, and a door that leads onto a furnished balcony overlooking Dubai Marina's views, perfect for relaxing.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as a temperature-controlled infinity pool, a dual-level gymnasium, a residents’ lounge and a business centre.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighbourhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Trendy cafes and pop-up craft markets line the waterside promenade of Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Exclusive yachts cruise through the sizeable artificial marina, where activities range from jet skiing to skydiving.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest train station, Mina Seyahi Tram Station and Marina Towers Tram Station are just less than a 10-minute walk.

DXB Airport is 31 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 7 minutes walk away.
Burj Khalifa is 27 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 27 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 18 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
