We are the Marschand’s! We live in Kokomo Indiana. We started our rental journey 3 years ago with our first vacation home in Cape Coral Florida. We decided with the housing shortage in our home town and the demand for shot term housing that it only made sense to have a few homes here as well. We love having visitors from out of town as well as local guest staying for work and/or play. We enjoy every aspect of hosting from start to finish!
