Comfortable bed. Living area furniture uncomfortable. Need grab bars in showers for older guests. Need to update cookware. Great location. Lovely private patio. Loved having washer and dryer. Lovely dining area. Loved being in covered parking and on ground level.

This place is in a nice neighborhood, but the unit itself isn't terribly scenic. Doesn't matter because inside is nice and it's close to shops and restaurants. Very close to the beach and the most beautifulsu sets. Has covered parking which is nice shade for hot summers.

Awesome location
One block away from the beach!!!! Had a minor issue with the property, called the property Manager , very friendly , and she took care of the situation immediately. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and fun events. Excellent visit!!!

Close to the beach
Great location, short walk to beach and maybe 15 minutes walk to the restaurant and shopping strip in Venice. The place was, comfortable, clean and relatively spacious, the owner and property manager were helpful, and the price was good. But it’s a “no frills” unit, in a lot beautiful building. If you’re looking for a gorgeous or pretty place, this isn’t for you. If you want a clean and affordable place a short walk to the beach, this is it.

Great Place to Stay
Condo is large with plenty of space for five of us. It is a little dated but very clean. Perfect for our needs. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach depending on how much your are carrying. Nice beach nearby. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place and location
It was our first time in Venice, Florida. Great location 300 ft to the beach. Can walk to downtown. This place was huge! All necessary things were in apartment, including tons of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and toys. Grill area outside. We met the property manager, and she was wonderful, giving us ideas and tips where to go and where to dine. One of the best vacations! Thank you! We definitely will be back!!

Pros: Nice size, good location, Clean. Washer and Dryer, beach toys, cooler Cons: Some items were tired and need replaced or fixed. Master bed was lumpy and desperately needs replaced. Ice Cube trays leaked. Would I stay here again? If it had a new bed - yes

We enjoyed being within short walking distance of Venice beach and close to downtown. We had everything we needed from linens, towels, kitchen items, and beach toys.

Primary problems
Although the accommodations were extremely clean and bathrooms were updated nicely. The kitchen was clean and satiisfactory. However, the beds and mattressees were terrible. They were the worst we have ever encountered on any of our trips This definitely had a negative effect on our ability to sleep. Also, there was a red couch in the living room that had broken down cushions and was so hard we could not sit on it. Also, the picture we saw on lline had totally different furniture than was actually there. Most furniture was outdated..We did find the unit was well-stocked with amenities. The 2 star rating was directly related to the mattresses and the couch, all of which should be replaced immediately.

Needs some improvements
The location of the condo is great. About 1 block from Venice Beach and maybe 6 blocks to Historic Downtown Venice. The condo furnishings are all quite dated. Both the mattresses are very worn out as are the pillows and sheets. Even though the sofa opens out to a bed, don't expect anyone to want to sleep on it. I understand there is a new property manager for these condos who told me she was beginning to rehab and improve these condos. Hopefully this happens soon.
