This cute cottage is in a small neighborhood on the South East side of Town.
Offering 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and will sleep up to 4 max. Large kitchen area for cooking your meals.
Down the road 2 blocks is a grass lot public access to Elk Lake.
The town of Elk Rapids is just a couple minutes away. Many unique shops, restaurants and Short's Brewery nearby.
Looking for respectful renters for this cottage. Homes and cottages in this neighborhood are close together. Owner lives a few houses down the road.
We require renters to be 25 years of age or older.
1 small dog considered with owners approval.
