It comes with an elegant, open-living space washed with soft pastels and natural sunlight, lending a sense of relief and serenity as you turn in for the day. With the azure waters of the Persian Gulf right by your window, enjoy meals over the dining table or stream your favourite shows while lounging on the sofa. Outside, a private balcony offers sweeping views of the beach lining the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is capable of handling any culinary requirements. Feel free to make delicious homemade meals!

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and another with a queen-size bed. Both beds are lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The unit has two bathrooms with everything you'll need, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Bordering the Persian Gulf, Jumeirah 1 is the famous home of water sports on sandy Jumeira Public Beach, plus slides and wave pools at Laguna Waterpark by Meraas. Coffee shops, ice-cream stalls, and Lebanese cafes back the seafront, alongside swimwear shops and indie boutiques. Prestigious Mercato Shopping Mall offers global brands, and the prayer halls of the ornate Jumeirah Mosque can be explored by guided tour.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Jumeirah Beach is 25 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
