Continental Tower is located in Dubai Marina Area facing Jumeirah beach residences. It's 25 minutes to Dubai International Airport and 20 minutes to Dubai Mall. From Continental Tower - Palm Jumeirah is 15 minutes drive.

The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom is elegantly decorated, and the king bed come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will access the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

A 10-minute walk from the building, you can access Jumeirah Beach Residences' open beach with a view of the Ain Dubai. You can also access it by foot, approximately a 20-25 minute walk from the beach. If you love to run, walk and enjoy the waters, five minutes from the building is access to Marina Walk, where you can also enjoy some Yachts, scooters or bikes.

Below the building, you can find Chinese restaurants, but there will also be a variety of restaurants in JBR or Marina Walk.

Fresh Super Market is a 5-minute walk from the building, and across is a pharmacy.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

DXB Airport is 28 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 7 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 21 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 20 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 17 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
