The bedroom contains a comfy king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

The location of this property is perfect for exploring the city. It is close to attractions such as Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Fountain, Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, Zabeel Park, Dubai Dolphinarium, Creek Park, St. Mary's Catholic Church, and Dubai Ice Rink. Many restaurants and bars are nearby, such as Raffles Dubai, Androon Lahore Restaurant, Burger King, Subway, Wendy's Za'abeel, Sumo Sushi and Bento DHCC, and The Market Place. There are also cafes, such as Paul Bakery and Restaurant, for those looking for a quick bite.

The property is only a short distance (2.3 km ) from Al Jadaf Station. The area is conveniently located at other stations, such as Burjuman Exit 3 (16.5 km), Dubai Healthcare City Metro Station (16.8 km), and ADCB Metro Station (17.6 km). This area is excellent for those looking for easy access to the city. The airport is just a 12-minute drive from the apartment.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
