As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. There's also a sofa bed and a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens where guests can relax/sleep after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

Jumeirah Lake Towers Dubai is a community where people can live, work and enjoy life with equal soothe and serenity. The waterfront outdoor cafes and restaurants allow a late-night walk or stroll alongside the lake. Community retail stores cater to the inhabitants' basic needs and are even available at close quarters. Squares and gardens between the clusters create massive and easy connectivity between the large districts of the community.

Consisting of regular grocery stores, laundries, cafes, and retail outlets, Jumeirah Lake Towers caters to the basic need and supply the entire daily requirement of the residents. Besides these, some major shopping hubs can be found near JLT, such as Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Pear Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall and Mall of Emirates.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest metro station, DMCC, is just a 5-minute walk.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
