The apartment is on the 1st floor via a lift.

The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the lagoon view.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil your culinary requirements. Plus, there is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom with an ensuite bathroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that there is currently construction work nearby.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note that late check-in after 20:00 has a surcharge of 100 AED, and after 22:00 is 150 AED.

Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.

Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
