The living area features comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa and a Smart TV, as well as access to the private balcony overlooking the sound. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and the well-outfitted kitchen has stainless appliances and plenty of counter and cabinet space.

The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bunk on the bottom and a twin on the top, TV and access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. The Bluff Villa complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs is required.
