Dream coastal beachside bungalow that has been rebuilt from the studs up. This home sits steps away from the ocean and two blocks from the river. Come from the beach and enjoy your outside shower and huge backyard. All electrical & plumbing has been replaced from house.Tankless water heater. Custom cabinets throughout. New appliances, brand new fence to give you privacy. This oversized one bedroom has all new furniture, decor, kitchen necessities and so much more! Close to entertainment.
This is a brand new rebuilt, huge 1 bedroom with an enormous kitchen, large walk in closet, master bathroom with a double vanity and beautiful walk in shower. Family room has a brand new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. There is an outdoor shower and is just steps to the beach.
Guess access is through the front door.
This is a duplex and there is another unit on the backside of the house. The property is designed to allow for privacy for all guests.
Daytona Beach Shores is quiet and clean and is minutes away from events, nightlife, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
Oversized 2 car garage is available to rent for an additional fee. Let us know you are interested when booking. This is perfect for Bike weeks, Jeep Beach Week, Truck Week, Nascar, etc.

I am a former collegiate women's lacrosse coach that loves creating, inspiring and evolving. I find peace by the water and I have a passion for traveling. I am from Baltimore, have lived in Florida for 18 years and am currently residing in Ormond Beach, FL with my fiancé. What makes this property unique
This property is so homey, decorated beautifully and has absolutely everything you need for your stay. It is a stones throw from the beach and a few blocks from the river. It is very peaceful and serene. We choose to stay here to enjoy its beauty whenever it is not booked.
