New on VRBO - be one of the first to stay in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom historic beach bungalow! City ordinances require us to rent for a month but at these rates you could stay as long as you like and still pay less than you would at any comparable short-term rental.
Just 60 steps to world-famous, dog-friendly North Clearwater Beach. This section of beach remains peaceful all year round thanks to a no street parking ordinance.
Step inside and you'll find everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. Primary bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms with a second bathroom can accommodate up to 5 of your friends and family. Open floor plan makes for easy entertaining, with a separate sunroom that's perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and towels are provided — everything you need for a comfortable day at the beach. Finish the day grilling and dining on the backyard patio, or walking/taking the Jolley Trolley to local restaurants & bars. Other amenities include fast WiFi, central heat and AC, brand new washer & dryer, outdoor shower, 100% cotton bedding, ample off-street parking and more.
