With a fully equipped kitchen, hi speed internet, dish satellite tv, and a washer/dryer, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. 65” big screen in living room, 43” tv’s in bedrooms. Indulge in a relaxing soak in the bathtub or a refreshing shower in one of the 2 bathrooms. Plus, the additional living room space offers 2 sofas and 2 recliners and queen air mattress for an additional bed. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, plus ALERT 360 monitored security system for extra guest safety! HOA neighborhood. Patricia Nash comforters, designer sheets and towels, faux fur rugs and throws. Oh soooo cozy!located next to small neighborhood park, shown in pics. 2 sofas, 2 recliners and queen air mattress can add additional 6 beds, for total of 12 beds possible. 2 adult bicycles in good condition with air pump, new croquette set, pool table with paddles and balls in garage, next to neighborhood park with playground equipment and picnic table. Great view of park from backyard.
