The naturally lit interior is framed by amazing views of Cedar Mountain, Shurtz Canyon, and the Dixie National Forest. A gorgeous wraparound fireplace makes a cozy centerpiece for family gatherings in the living room. Leather sofas and a smart TV invite you to kick back and relax for some casual downtime. Step out to the expansive balcony for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or evening stargazing. The sleek gourmet kitchen features an open-concept design and plenty of high-end appliances that will inspire epic family feasts. The downstairs game room is sure to be a favorite hangout, with features including a collection of board games, a card table, a smart TV, and a minibar equipped with a beverage fridge, a sink, and a microwave, along with its own set of cups and dishes.

Each bedroom features en suite bathroom access. The primary suite also includes a sizeable walk-in closet. An additional half-bath is available on the main floor.

Kolob Canyons is only 18 miles from your front door. Cedar Breaks National Monument is 39 miles away, Zion National Park is only 55 miles away, and Bryce Canyon is 94 miles away. Family-friendly parks, hiking trails, golf, and amenities can all be found in Cedar City (5.8 mi.). Cedar City is also the home of the Shakespeare Festival.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
