This home also has a large, fenced-in yard and a porch, so you can sit out and enjoy the starry nights. There is a gas grill and an outdoor table for backyard barbecues. The private hot tub is waiting to be enjoyed after a long day of skiing. This forward-thinking home also features eco-friendly perks like a Tesla charger in the garage, solar-electric power, and a solar-powered water heater.

The main home's living room will surely be the centerpiece for at-home group gatherings, with features including large windows showcasing breathtaking mountain views and a double-sided wood-burning fireplace. Just off the living room, you will find the family room equipped with massage chairs, a large smart TV, games, books, and a mini fridge for keeping cold drinks on hand. There's also a Ping-Pong table in the garage where you can challenge your guests to some friendly competition. The large gourmet kitchen is very open and boasts a full suite of top-of-the-line appliances, including an induction stovetop and steam and rotisserie ovens. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
