Villa “Le Sirene” is large 220 sqm.
Villa Le Sirene is an "Historic Building" property located in a characteristic & Central location of Positano called “Punta Reginella”

To reach the villa there are 68 steps from Main road Viale Pasitea till the property gate , and other 20 steps to reach the main floor.
so it is important menage well the stairs ( as anywhere in Positano)

The Villa is walking distance from the center about 300 meters.
the pier & main beach Spiaggia Grande are reachable in less then 10 m minutes on foot from the steps near it, ( 250 steps) if you prefer, by main street "Viale Pasitea" taking 15 minutes.( less stairs)
From the pier you can catch the ferry to Capri, Ischia, Amalfi, Naples. (not available in the winter time)
PLEASE NOTE
On entering the apartment, you will find a large, elegantly furnished living area and a dining room replete with a table for 6/ 10 people, a lounge with two sofa in TV area and a fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, moka, american coffee maker.
Off the living area there is a spacious terrace with a wonderful view, a perfect place to entertain, to have a dinner admiring the panorama.
(Especially In the winter time you can see a magic ”sunrise” admiring the Amalfi Coast & sea in-front of you)
There are two ceramic tables suitable for 10 people, four sun beds and an umbrella.
The view are sublime from here, as described above, picture-postcard.

PLEASE NOTE:
On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, The master bedroom with view, the 2th double bedroom with high windows without sea view.
The third sleeping area is found on the loft- wooden-floor, open space above the living-room, allowing the view on the main church & square.
There are 2 single beds,
there are 3 full bathrooms, 1 half bad, two with bathtub/ shower, one with shower and a toilets on the loft.
There is also a laundry furnished by washing machine, dryer cloths, a iron set. There are air conditioning and TV in each the bedrooms and multi-language TV Sat in the living area.
The salient point Of Villa "Le Sirene" is the view, one looks upon the piazza of the main church, Santa Maria Assunta, also over "Spiaggia Grande" main beach and of course the sea.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful apartment with stunning views !

We stayed in the loft apartment for a week and had an amazing time ! it is perched high overlooking the church, the main beach and the hills of positano. The apartment is beautifully deorated and looks just like the photos. It's bright, spacious amd spotless, and has all the conveniences to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. There are absolutely stunning views from two small balconies, kitchen and dining room. The entrance to the villa and apartment is through a private walkway with an overhead trellis covered in bright bougainvillea and lemon vines. Chiara and Guiseppe are very helpful and friendly hosts greeting on arrival and departure and assisting with any questions. A porter is provided to manage the luggage. A fruit basket and bottle of wine on arrival and a delicious chocolate and almond cake dropped off by Chiara during our stay added to the charm of the holiday. A mobile is also provided to call Chiara at any time. She organised for a vey professional and friendly driver, to take us to Naples stopping at amazing Pompeii ! We enjoyed many cafes, bars and restaurants with great tips from Chiara and Guiseppe, all in walking distance. There's a grocery / deli closeby, about 67 steps upto the road and an interesting walk along the roadway down to the town centre and beach. Or take the steps down to the beach - about 250 steps. Shopping is boutique style and affordable and enjoyable. We caught ferries to Amalfi and Capri and hired a private boat to sail around Capri which we loved. We stopoed to jump off the boat for swimming and to take in the beautiful sites. A must do ! Highly recommend the apartment and location. Wonderful memories of beautiful Positano !!!

Amazing Spectacular View and Hosts!!!

This place has one of the most incredible, spectacular views in the world! We marveled at it every day! It is phenomenal how this town is built into and under the cliffs. The villa is huge, and the balcony is awesome! The balcony has beautiful ceramic tables and benches, along with lounge chairs to enjoy the view and the sun. The hosts, Chiara and Giuseppe, are fantastic!!! From beginning to end, they were there for your every need. The timeliness of Chiara's communication is excellent. They helped us with transportation, recommendations for food, places to visit, and more. There are premiere hosts, and above that level there is Chiara and Giuseppe. We have stayed in many, many, VRBO's, but have never had this level of service! We had the most fantastic experience! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

A postcard view!

Villa le Sirene is the place to stay! What a beautiful location with the best and most picturesque view of Positano. The Casiolas were very communicative during our 4 week stay including ensuring porters helped with luggage, responding to questions and providing recommendations. My two adult children stayed for two weeks and my brothers and their spouses for the other two weeks. We all loved the view and the villas. The Villa is large and very roomy and was a home away from home for us. A BIG THANK YOU TO CHIARA AND GUISSEPPE! We hope to be back some day.

A Beautiful Villa in Wonderful Positano -- perfect for family of 6

Villa Le Sirene is simply an outstanding place to stay in the heart of magical Positano. The view from the terrace (both day and night) is breathtaking. We even were able to listen to a few concerts from the church courtyard below. Chiara and Giuseppe are wonderful, warm people who did all they could to make our stay most comfortable. Our family really enjoyed their cats and the lemon tree in their backyard. It was perfect for our family of 6 and we hope to come back again soon!

A stunning villa!

Giuseppe and Chiara are the most gracious hosts! We even had access to their lemon trees during our stay! Positano is known for their giant lemons! The Villa was just beautiful! The best view in all of Positano. The villa has everything we could possibly need. Well stocked and well appointed. If we ever had a question about anything, Chiara responded quickly. I would highly recommend this place to all of our friends and family. Positano is the most lovely place with the kindest people. We enjoyed a boat ride to Capri for the day and a sunset cruise around amalfi. It was just stunning. Many good restaurants as well. Chiara had great recommendations! We loved breakfast every morning at Cafe Positano. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Positano—this is it. We took 4 young adult children. Ages 18-21, and they had a ball as well! Thank you Chiara and Guisseppe . We will never forget our time in Positano at your lovely villa. Hope to come back soon! Jill & Lem

The most beautiful of Positano

Our stay at Villa Le Sirene is everything we have expected it to be and even more. The terrace has the most beautiful and unobstructes view of Positano, where your eyes would feast on the mountains, the cascading colourful houses and the water. The breakfasts, apperitivo and dinners we had at the balcony are the best memories we had. The villa is spacious for 6 adults, everyone has their own space. The little lemon gove and the walkway to the villa are also so pretty. The steps going up the main road is managable and then it is close to almost everything you wanted to see and go to in town. Chiara and Joseph, the host made us feel at home at their place.

The BEST VEIWS OF POSITANO

Right from the very start Chiara and Giuseppe were the most gracious hosts. The home was lovely and clean and so very spacious. The most magnificent part was the balcony where we spent many nights overlooking the beautiful city of Positano. Giuseppe let us help ourselves to the lemons, figs, tomatoes and basil growing his garden. Chiara was always accessible if I had a question. There was full disclosure on how many steps down to their apartment from the main road was. It was worth it!

Amazing vacation rental

Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our families holiday than here. Chiara & Giuseppe were incredible hosts, location was perfect and the villa was an experience. So much character, and the views were breath taking. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone, and if we ever return to Positano, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved the yard cats too. Such a great place!!!

Great location and views

The location was high enough for impressive views but not too high to make it inconvenient. Since the villa was not directly on a road, the setting was quiet with good privacy. Several restaurants were within walking distance. The owners, Chiara and Giuseppe, were attentive and accommodating. Things that we wish that we had with us....night lights and water shoes for the pebble beach. Also, be prepared to walk up and down the steep roads and steps in Positano. Thank goodness we have good mobility and are in good shape so we welcomed the exercise to offset the impact of too much pasta and gelato.

Lovely

We had a wonderful week in this villa. Best view in all of Positano in our opinion. Right in the middle, not too low, not too high. The villa is exactly how it appears in the pictures, no surprises. Plus the A/C’s all work very well! We were a family of two adults, 3 teenage girls, and two children. All of us had plenty of space. We even made dinner a few nights. Kitchen had all we needed. Little grocery store right above stairs. Did not want to leave Positano or Villa Sirene.

Location, location,location!

Wonderful vacation with family at the villa. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The view from the balcony is breathtaking...you will never get tired of enjoying your am coffee ( and evening wine :) on the balcony ,surrounded by the beautiful Positano . Our hosts were helpful and attentive, and the daily visit from local kitties was a bonus! Be prepared for stairs!!! It’s part of the charm of this place and there’s little choice but to climb, climb, climb! Highly recommend this villa, you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely beautiful!

We were in heaven from the moment we arrived in Positano. Villa Le Sirene is just picture perfect. The villa is located perfectly and quite spacious. We were 6 women and the 4 bathrooms were great! The view from the large balcony is to die for. The kitchen is stocked and great for meal prep. Chiara and Giuseppe are wonderful hosts and there for us if we needed anything. A lovely stay

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Positano at Ville Le Sirene. It was perfect for a large group of friends. The view is spectacular, the balcony perfect, and as long as you are prepared for the stairs, I would not hesitate to recommend!

Most beautiful views and absolutely wonder hosts

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in this villa and our hosts Chiara and Giuseppe. The villa was wonderful, with views even better than the pictures can portray. There was more than enough room for 2 Adults and 3 Teens. Everything was clean and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, if needed. The AC units worked great, although most mornings we opened all the doors to allow the ocean breeze to cool us. Chiara and Giuseppe were so welcoming, leaving us fruit, wine and coffee upon our arrival, making us feel like family staying with them. They allowed us to pick tomatoes and basil from their garden, which we used one night for dinner. They were both readily available throughout our stay and even checked in with us once or twice to make sure we didn’t need anything. Chiara was very helpful arranging a very early am porter to help with our luggage at our departure. Keep in mind, there are about 70 steps up to the street level, but the views are so worth the climb (and gave us the extra exercise needed to allow ourselves gelato nightly). Once at street level you are only a few feet from a small but efficient grocery store and many very good restaurants very near by. There are many more steps DOWN if you want to go to the beach, that can be reached in about 10 mins or so. The walk up is less fun, but mostly shaded and not very steep. You can also walk back via the street, which takes a bit longer, but no steps and you can stop in the many shops along the way. Chiara responded quickly before and during our trip and was helpful giving us transportation and tour info (we did a Walking Tour of Positano with Gabriella per Chiara’s recommendation and would suggest this tour to any who wants a great tour of Positano in a few hours). Our trip to Italy took us to a few locations, but the entire family decided this was hands down their favorite villa we stayed in a favorite location. I can’t wait to plan our next trip back and will definitely stay with Chiara and Giuseppe again.

Charming Old World Palazzo

This was a great experience. Chiara is a wonderful hostess that takes our needs into consideration. The view from the huge balcony is beyond amazing. It is a very spacious villa with all the amenities. We loved it and we will go again!

A storybook vacation

The villa is exquisite. Sits overlooking a famous church with a mosaic cupola. You can watch town light up at night from the terrace. We had dinner and breakfast there. Many steps down to a wonderful beach and adorable boutiques. Perfectly located for exploring the Amalfi Coast. Hope to go back someday!

Picturesque Villa with Gorgeous View

Best Family Vacation - Ever!

I feel so fortunate to have discovered on VRBO this beautiful and perfect Positano apartment for our family vacation. It is located in the center of Positano with stair accesses to both the main street above and the beach below. Chiara, the apartment owner, was very gracious and attentive and provided for our every need. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to stay in Positano and in need of a large and generously furnished apartment.

Perfect villa

Five college friends stayed at Villa Le Sirene and enjoyed every minute. The villa was lovely and spacious, with several beds and four baths, and very centrally located. Chiara and Guiseppe were amazing and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Positano.
