1959 Mid Century Modern Home in World Famous Palm Springs. Built with an open floor plan with indoor-outdoor flow - 3 bedroom 2 bath home with updated baths and kitchen in Jan 2024, big sliding glass doors overlooking spacious back yard with pool. Large yard with outdoor dining and seating areas and mountain views. Located in the Heart of Palm Springs. Clean, crisp, and ready for you!

Parking for 2-3 cars in the driveway. Close to everything majestic Palm Springs has to offer. Come escape the big city with only a 1.5 hour drive from Los Angeles, just like Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra used to!

Primary bedroom with ensuite bath features a king size bed and desk for those wishing to work remotely. Flat screen tv with with Netflix, HULU, HBOmax.

Guest bed 1 features 1 full size tempurpedic bed. Flat screen tv with with Netflix, HULU, HBOmax.

Guest bed 2 features a full-size tempurpedic bed. Flat screen tv with Netflix, Hulu, and HBOmax.

Lots of easy activities for couples, families, or friends. Take a hike or head to the top of the tram. Get in a round of golf or a massage. Enjoy Palm Springs shopping, dining, or night life. For kids, visit the huge shaded playground for kids 2+ with an enormous field or visit the Famer's Market. Head to the Living Zoo, the Dinosaur Museum, the Air Museum, or go horseback riding in Indian Canyon. Don't forget to grab an ice cream cone at one of the 5 speciality shops in downtown Palm Springs.

Amazing place! Exceptional location!! Wow!!!

I rented the house for an extended stay this last month. The host was exceptional--- awesome gift basket and easy checkin. We appreciated the nice soaps, linens, furniture, and overall style-- Totally instagrammable! (We also enjoyed having smart TVs in each bedroom.) This home was such a steal and my friends who visited for a glass of wine and I are already talking about renting it for early next fall.
