My husband and I wanted to do a weekend getaway from the valley and see Shoshone Falls while it was flowing. I found this place and was amazed with the pictures as it showed exactly what the place looked like when arriving. It was fully stocked with everything you may need and more for a fair price. Thank you so much for allowing us to bring our dog as he is a huge part of our lives.
Overall the house was nice and in a beautiful neighborhood and the bed was really comfortable. The only issue is that the thermostat is in another unit and it’s controlled by someone else. When we arrived it was 34 degrees out and the unit was 50 degrees (according to the wall heater that we turned on when we couldn’t find the thermostat) Since we arrived really late at night we thought the wall heater and portable heater would suffice, but the breakers flipped overnight causing it to be pretty cold in the house. When I messaged Lane the next morning he responded quickly and arrived to fix the issues. While it was really cold, we did appreciate the prompt response. One thing to note is that there’s a driveway that lines up to the front living-room window and someone else parks there (a yellow work-truck) and there are some decorations for the unit on the front door and porch, so upon arrival we drove past thinking it was not that house as it looked like someone’s personal home and that someone was at their home. There is a large garage door you’ll park in front of so it’s right by the front door and secure, it’s just a bit confusing if someone is parked in the driveway right in from the of the living-room window as it looks occupied.
