The primary suite offers stunning lake views. The basement features an additional bedroom with lake access, a large game room with a pool table, a sizable TV room, and a full bathroom. Outside, a covered dock with a boat lift awaits in this quiet cove. Your perfect lakeside retreat!

Knotts Landing offers lots of spaces for guest to eat, sleep, and play!

Open concept kitchen / dining / living room. Full Kitchen offers everything needed to cook or a large group and is open to eat in kitchen and living room or more formal dinner in our dining room. Or head outside where we offer a Propane Grill and we supply the propane!

Water Depth:
We typically have 10' of water off of our dock, as of February 2024 we have 10' of water which is plenty for any sized boat!

FIRE PIT: Outside we have the fire pit for a relaxing fire or cook up some s'mores!

PARKING: There will be no shortage of parking here with more then enough space for you!

WATER TOYS
3 Kayaks and 2 SUP (Stand up paddle boards) for guest use!!

Guest Access:
Full and private access to the entire house and dock. Guests do not have access to the garage.

Our pricing varies weekday to weekend, season to season, and holidays.

CHECK IN: 4PM-8PM
CHECK OUT: 10AM

CLEANING:
We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in.

LATE CHECK IN (after 8PM):
May be possible, but please let us know in advance to ensure we can accommodate / offer additional support

LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY:
Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
