Saint Tropez Community Information: Within St Tropez is the central oasis with a spacious 2,000 sq. ft. lagoon style pool, over-sized hot tub, attractive bathhouse, tanning deck, and sparkling fountains draped in a lush tropical environment. With weathered cobblestone streets and pathways throughout, the gated community provides a peaceful environment of “Old World” charm and elegance. Quality craftsmanship of the hand-stained stucco homes with custom tile roofs, trim, and carefully appointed architectural features is evident in every structure. The grounds are generously adorned with abundant beautiful imported palms, exotic tropical bushes, and flowering plants. St. Tropez is a tranquil and secluded enclave within walking distance of Silver Sands Designer Factory Stores, a supermarket less than a mile from Grande Boulevard, and just beyond Sandestin with its famous Village at Baytowne Wharf. Can’t wait to return to Tuscan Palace!
This was our first trip to this area and I don’t think we could’ve chosen a better location! We are from Virginia where the ocean is nice but not this beautiful…so the main draw for us was the beach! This house was perfectly located right across the street from gated beach access and a great oceanfront restaurant! We were so grateful for the wagon and beach chairs provided for use! The home was absolutely perfect! Cleanliness is the most important thing to me & it was super clean! Not only was it clean but also decorated beautifully with everything you need for a great stay! The property manage Adam texted us prior to arrival and before we even received our check in email to let us know he was available for any questions or concerns! When I texted him his responses were quick and helpful! Our whole crew collectively agreed that this is the best vacation home we’ve stayed in to date! We were sad to leave but can’t wait to come back! Thank you Tuscan place (and Adam) for a great Spring Break trip!
