Welcome to the enchanting Keauhou Hale, nestled in the heart of the renowned Keauhou resort area. This stunning retreat is perfectly positioned to offer breathtaking views of the golf course and the serene He'eia Bay. Surrounded by tranquility, Keauhou Hale provides an idyllic escape from the everyday hustle.
Spanning an impressive 3,300 square feet, this luxurious home boasts five spacious bedrooms and five elegant bathrooms. The vaulted ceilings create an expansive, airy atmosphere, enhancing the overall sense of space and freedom. From the backyard, you'll be captivated by the sweeping vistas of the golf course, making you feel as if you're living in a private park, bordered by the shimmering Pacific Ocean and the picturesque He’eia Bay, right next to the Kona Country Club Ocean Golf Course.

Families with children will particularly appreciate the pool and spa. The parent/children suite offers the perfect blend of privacy and proximity, ensuring restful nights for all.
Bedroom Details:
Bedroom 1: King-size bed with an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, twin bed, and baby crib with an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed.
Bedroom 4: King-size bed, twin bunk beds, and a child bed.
Bedroom 5: King-size bed, twin over full bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom.
For additional sleeping arrangements, a queen-size sofa bed is available in the den of the main house.
Comfort and Convenience: The main house is equipped with three split AC units to maintain a comfortable climate throughout, complemented by three window AC units in selected bedrooms and an additional split AC in the Ohana suite. Ceiling fans are also present in every room for added comfort.
The newly upgraded kitchen, featuring state-of-the-art appliances and a high-end gas stove on the island, offers a delightful space to create memorable meals for your loved ones.
Golf Course Access: Keauhou Hale is directly adjacent to the Kona Country Club golf course, offering stunning views of the palm-lined greens. The course is open to the public, with club rentals available for your convenience.
Perfect for Special Occasions: Whether you’re planning a family reunion, a milestone birthday, an anniversary celebration, a graduation party, or a corporate event, Keauhou Hale is the perfect venue to make your occasion truly special.

The base rate is for up to 8 people. If you have more than 8 people, we will add a service fee of $40 per night per additional person for additional beds, futons, linens, towels, etc.

Maximum Occupancy: Only the individuals specifically registered at the end of this document shall occupy the premise at any time. Children are counted in the total of the occupancy. Over-occupancy is a material violation of this lease agreement. If you bring more guests than the number of registered guests, you will be charged at the rate of $100 per person per night. Or otherwise, it will be $1000 per night fine applied to your reservation.

Parties or events: No parties, events, or visitors are allowed at the property without explicit written permission from the owner. There shall never be more than the number of guests in the reservation on the premises at any time.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am daily. A $1000 fine will be applied to your reservation if you violate the quiet hours rule. Repeated violations may result in eviction from the rental property.

Check-In: TENANT agrees that rent commences no earlier than 4 pm on the day. Early check-in may be permitted if the house is ready, and must be pre-arranged with LANDLORD. The additional fees for early check-in are $199 for 2 pm check-in, $399 for 12 pm check-in, $499 for 10 am check-in.

Check-Out: TENANT agrees to vacate the premises no later than 11 am on check-out day. TENANT's security deposit shall be forfeited if you do not vacate the premises by 11 am unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Late check-out may be permitted if there is no new tenant arriving on the same day. Late check-out must be pre-arranged with LANDLORD. The additional fees for late check-out are $99 for 12 pm check-out, $299 for 2 pm check-out, $499 for 4:00 pm check-out, $599 for 6 pm check-out, and $699 for 8 pm check-out

Large well appointed house with overflow building close to shopping and water sports. Many potential activities. Owner was responsive but was unable to get hot water repaired to overflow building all week.

Perfect location, but wasn’t really beach access. 2 rooms didn’t have tv’s. Garage didnt have internet access. 2 rooms/bathrooms were separated by partial walls offering ZERO privacy. The doors had slats in them and weren’t private. The chain in room 1 doesn’t turn the light on/off, the ironing board was broken, a chair by the garage was broken and someone fell. The smell in the house was absolutely disgusting!! Positive things- great location, beautiful grounds, loved the pool, great space, plenty of room.
