This property is on the snowmobile trail, there is room for trailers in the driveway. We are also 1 mile from Chautauqua Lake! You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Originally built as a dairy barn this loft suite includes spacious ceilings, handmade wood elements, and vintage eclectic charm. Private entrance from the large upstairs covered patio, so you can enjoy outdoor living anytime of year. This suite includes a third floor bedroom, a loft space with two twin beds, and a pull out queen bed couch. 1 mile to Bemus Point Center and close to many other area amenities.

I love the area, it’s quiet and peaceful and there are lots of things to do all year! It’s also a perfect retreat when you just want to get away from it all.

Our property was originally a dairy barn and converted to a house sometime in the 70’s. It’s charming and eclectic and massive!
