The Lakeview Lodge combines luxury and location: 8 minutes to downtown Breck, and sumptuous accommodation for 6 guests. Set in the natural beauty of the White River National Forest, the seclusion of this vacation home allows your family to relax after a day of mountain adventures. The open-concept floor plan is accentuated by vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, inviting warm sunlight and the beautiful forest setting in. Soak in the private hot tub located on the wrap-around deck while taking in the magnificent mountain views.

The Great Room:
Designed for entertaining, the contemporary and cozy décor of the main living space features a leather sofa perfect for curling up next to the wood burning fireplace and watching a movie on the flat screen TV.

The dining room with blue suede captain chairs and seating for 6 is in a prime position to spot moose wandering through the open space of the backyard. Four additional comfortable leather chairs sit at the marble countertop of the kitchen island.

In the kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, oversize refrigerator, built in microwave, Keurig coffee maker, French press, and dishwasher ready to host your favorite meals.

Outdoor Living:
The wraparound deck is accessed through two sets of large sliding glass doors. There you will find comfortable lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, a BBQ grill, an ice chest, and the private hot tub. The hot tub is serviced prior to your arrival, and plenty of extra towels are provided.

Bedrooms and Baths:
The flawless design of the two bedrooms on the main floor is excellent for all ages. One bedroom offers a king-size bed and the other a queen. Both feature large wooden bed frames with built-in drawers complete with luxury bedding, flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, and nightstands with reading lamps.

The two full modern bathrooms on the main level feature marble countertops, gorgeous wood cabinets, fresh towels, and glass shower doors with one bathroom containing a shower/tub combo.

As you ascend the spiral staircase to the upstairs additional living space you will discover a bright open room with two full-size beds, a living room with a leather sofa bed, flat screen TV, as well as a full ensuite bathroom making this an impeccable getaway bungalow for families.

Lower Level:
Make your way to the first level of this home and you will be greeted by a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer that connects to the over-sized heated 2 car garage with extra space for gear storage. Additional private parking for two more cars is available outside.

Additional features and notes:
This home has high-speed WIFI and private parking for up to four cars; four-wheel drive is recommended. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. extra towels are also provided for the hot tub. We take care of cleaning and servicing the hot tub before and after your stay.

Please note that no campers or fifth wheels are permitted. This home is not pet-friendly and does not allow large events or smoking. The cool mountain breeze makes air conditioning unnecessary. Please be aware this home has a SImpliSafe doorbell camera. This home welcomes reservations with a departure date within the next 12 months.

Great location

The house was in a great location 10 minutes from Breck. It is new with a great patio and 2 king suites and matching baths. We hope to stay again in ski season.

Great home in a great town

This home is in a tie with our previous forever favorite VRBO in Paris. The layout of the home is perfect for the setting. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and the bedrooms are equally well appointed and stocked. We had 18 inches of new spring snow - which along with the wall of glass and great mountain views made it a surreal vacation.
