This home has a beautiful backyard oasis!! The pool is 800 square feet of fun with a sun ledge of about 140 square feet. With 3 bubblers and 2 umbrellas in the water on the sun ledge, this is a perfect space to lounge and a great space for kids to play in 6 to 9 inches of water. The rock waterfall adds the perfect finish to this wonderful pool. You can get out of the sun and enjoy meals in the covered patio space with a table seating 6. This private backyard backs up to the 8th hole of the Atlantic Dunes golf course.

Enter this newly renovated home through a gated courtyard into an open living room and dining room that seats 8. A second game table could seat 4 more guests. The living room opens to a Carolina room with additional living space and a sleeper sofa. Both rooms open to a fully equipped kitchen with All-clad cookware and almost every small appliance you could imagine. The kitchen has granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a pub table with 2 chairs. A second fridge in the garage gives you plenty of space for lots of food and drinks.

Four bedrooms 2 each on separate wings make the layout perfect for several families or a larger group. On one side of the house, the master bedroom has a king bed and opens to the backyard. This bedroom has a private bathroom with showers and a jacuzzi tub. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with a shower. The other side of the house has a queen bedroom connected to a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over full bed and an easy-to-pull-out twin trundle bed. This room contains a large assortment of games and puzzles making it a great space for 4 kids. Each room and living space has its own TV for a total of 6 TVs. We've added an enclosed outdoor hot water shower just off the pool deck. This is a great way to get the kids to shower straight from the pool.
