*Trash must be taken to the curb no later than 5am Monday
*Property must be kept clean and clear of trash and debris
*The living room is equipped with a locked basement door, and in the backyard, there is a secured shed. Both spaces serve as private owner storage, and it is strictly prohibited for guests to access these areas under any circumstances.
