NEW FOR MAY 2024! Time to 'BEACH IT'. Spend your days just steps away from the sun and sand in our cozy Barefoot Bungalow! This fantastic home is perfect to gather friends & family to make lasting beach memories! It is located at the waterfront in Pot-Nets Bayside and boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a fully equipped kitchen and an open living/dining area. Take a short stroll along the marina boardwalk to get to the ever popular Paradise Grill, private beach, fishing and crabbing piers. Pools, tennis, baseball field and playgrounds are on-site. Boat slips are available for rent at $40 a day, $200 for the week. A golf car is included with this property at no additional cost, as are linens and towels. Great location for kayaking and stand-up paddleboards! Enjoy a round of golf at Baywood Greens Golf Course - "Augusta of the North" (10 minutes), shopping at Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minutes), and the quaint downtown areas of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes (30 minutes).

We have a 7-night minimum stay during our summer season. Check IN is at 4pm on Sundays, and Check OUT is at 10am on Sundays. We have 2-night minimum stays at all other times of the year.

PET POLICY: This unit is pet friendly (dogs only). There is a 2 dog maximum. Animal owner must pay an additional $40 per pet per night/$200 per week cleaning fee. If you plan on bringing a pet with you, please note it on your reservation or speak with our reservationist.

Boat slips are within walking distance of each home, and are available on a first-come first-served basis. At the time you make your vacation home reservation, call us to make your marina reservation, as well. Our boat slips are 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, and can berth a 32 foot long boat. Average water depth is 4 feet at low tide.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a few hiccups but overall a good stay. The hot water heater would only produce about lukewarm showers. The ice that came out of the refrigerator door was black (we dumped it and cleaned it) Looked like mold. The furthest right stool in front of the island was missing a screw and the leg fell off when my wife sat on it. We put it in the closet for the weekend but I put it back together (without the screw) upon check out. Lastly someone we don't know walked through the backyard and fell through some sort of cover that was not screwed down but they were not injured.
