Long beach walks add to the serenity and charm of this special property. Interior recently updated with new furniture, new Bosch kitchen appliances, and all new linens, etc. New central air conditioning will keep you cool. This is the ultimate beach house! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Refundable $2,000 Security Deposit. There is no phone landline at this property.
