The property is located near the center of Chania in the area of the Courts. It
is just a 12-minute walk from the Municipal Market of Chania and 8 minutes from the Courts Square.
It is an ideal choice for those seeking a quiet and peaceful holiday option in
the center of Chania and for those looking for an authentic hospitality
environment since it used to be my personal residence. My goal was to
maintain the feeling of a "homey" atmosphere and not another boring Vrbo.

The space
It consists of two spacious bedrooms, an open-plan living room-kitchen area,
a bathroom with a bathtub, and a spacious balcony facing south with a view of
the White Mountains. The house is designed based on the principles of bioclimatic design, with
wooden floors, and mostly natural materials with a low energy footprint used
for the furnishings.
