Take a leisurely stroll across the street to enjoy a walk in the surf. Enjoy a relaxing bike ride less than 2 blocks to many popular restaurants, and half a mile from all the happenings of Jacksonville Beach Pier. If you are looking for golf or a day at the spa, you are just a 10 minute ride away from Ponte Vedra Beach.

This is a two bedroom unit that is part of a bigger building - we own all units. You will have private free parking in front of the building, and a short walk around the corner to the stairs. This unit is on the end of the building, closest to the patio. Each bedroom has a queen bed, fully stocked with linens and room to storing clothing, and the kitchen is fully stocked.

All parts of this two bedroom unit, the garage which houses the laundry, bikes, and beach supplies, and the side patio.

I can be as involved as you'd like. I live close as does my partner with the property, so if needed, we are only a phone call away. I'm available by phone or platform messenger at any time.

Jacksonville Beach is a wonderful place year round for families and single travelers alike. This location is bikable and walkable to the beach, the pier, restaurants, bars, beach shops etc. The Jacksonville Beach Seawalk Pavilion is less than 2 blocks away with a large grounds space and outdoor amphitheater, so events and fun festivals are always an option the majority of the year. Oktoberfest, 90's music festivals, Deck the Chairs Christmas festival and lights show, the list is extensive! For grocery options, you have Publix within a couple blocks, Whole Foods just a mile away, and many Wine/Liquor stores available as well.

Free Parking for 2 cars on the premises. Walk, Ride Bicycles, Uber, Short Drives all available.

PETS
We warmly welcome 4 legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $100/pet for up to 7 days, and $10 per day for each day after that. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviewed our following guidelines and agree to them.


Maximum allowed is 2 dogs under 20lb, or 1 dog under 40lb.
If you have a dog larger than this size, feel free to ask us for an exception but we must approve it.
Breed and age are needed along with current proof of vaccinations, and they MUST BE on a current flea/tick protocol.
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs.
Must be completely housetrained or kept in a kennel when left alone.
Our insurance requires us to collect certain information regarding animals for the safety of all our guests and their pets, which you will be asked to provide upon booking.

OTHER BOOKABLE PROPERTIES:
We do have other units in the building that are 1 and 3 bedrooms. You are welcome and encouraged to book any combination of units together if you need more space or traveling with multiple groups - so if you are booking one of the other units and this one is available, you are welcome to add it on for any number of nights. Just reach out and I am happy to try and accommodate your needs as long as it's possible.
