Guest have access to the 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, the back yard area and the garage starting at 4 pm on the date of check in until 10 am on the date of check out. Guess have access via keypad.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
