The largest shopping centers in Puerto Rico are just 12 and 15 minutes away each. Our spacious waterfront property sits on a 1,243 square meter lot with 70 feet of dock space. Inside, you'll find a chef’s kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, perfect for whipping up culinary delights.

The entire home, including the dock area, private HEATED* pool, and BBQ* area, is yours to enjoy.

***Please be aware that ongoing repairs to the airport runway may result in continuous aircraft noise from the nearby international airport, especially during takeoff. Furthermore, due to the runway's alignment, airplanes may directly pass over the house. We believe in full transparency to help you make an informed decision about your stay.***

*Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $45 per day. All pool heating requests have to be made prior to your check-in, and it has to be for the entire length of your trip. The heater will get the pool to 90°F.

*BBQ grill is available for an additional charge of $25 per day. All BBQ requests have to be made prior to your check-in, and it has to be for the entire length of your trip.
