Welcome to my vacation home in PGA West! This stunning, updated condo is inside the gates of one of the country’s premier golf destinations. Relax on your large patio overlooking the 8th hole of the Palmer course with majestic sunset views of the Santa Rosa mountains.

As the owner, I recently took over management responsibilities, but the 2 year history of reviews stayed with my previous property manager’s listing. The condo features:

Primary Bedroom: King bed, comfortable linens and duvet, 45” Smart TV, 2 large closets with custom organizers, dresser, ceiling fan. Ensuite bath with shower, tub and double vanity. Private patio is secluded and a great spot to have morning coffee or a Zoom meeting.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, small desk suitable for WFH. Ensuite bath with full shower.

Living room: 13 foot ceilings with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the golf course and mountains (the view does NOT get old!), Smart TV, dry bar, beverage fridge.

Den/Bedroom 3: Pull out sofa sleeper with bedding and a 55” Smart TV. This room is perfect if you are working from home. A portable desk and office chair are available for your use. Note, no closet in this room.

Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen. Gas stove, fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, Ninja blender, full knife set. Since this is my home you’ll find it stocked and well equipped, a cut above most rental properties.

Large patio: mountain view overlooking the 8th hole of the Palmer course. Enjoy sunsets and cocktails while sitting around a fire table on the comfortable outdoor sofa and chairs. Patio has a separate dining table, 4 chairs, umbrella, and a gas grill.

Property features:
PGA West is a gated community; you will get an entry pass for your vehicle upon arrival.
Pools and spas: You will have access to over 40 pools, each with a spa/hot tub. One is just steps away from the condo, with several others in walking distance. I have beach towels, pool floaties, and plastic cocktail cups here for you.

Ernie’s grill and pub is open to the public and has beautiful views to enjoy great food and cocktails. Take a bike ride to dinner - the bikes are available for your use.

The area features:
The condo is conveniently located 2.5 miles from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and parks.

Old Town La Quinta is a quick 5 minute drive. With over 30 restaurants, boutiques and salons, Old Town offers visitors an experience that combines shopping, dining and entertainment in a quaint setting treasured for its architectural charm. Thursday through Friday evening you’ll experience live music and on Sundays from October through May you can enjoy the locally grown vegetables, flowers and unique artisan goods at the farmers market on Main Street.

PICKLEBALL anyone? Fritz Burns park is 2.5 miles away and has 16 lighted courts that bring in players of all levels. Anyone is welcome, and we have paddles here for you!

You are a short drive from El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of the desert), Joshua Tree National Park, Temecula wine country, and Big Bear ski area if you are longing for a day in the snow. A day trip to the Pacific Ocean is easy from here with a drive to San Diego or LA.
