Our company has a two dog maximum and a weight restriction of 35-50 lbs maximum. This policy can vary from property to property. No cats or other animals allowed. Inquire with our reservations staff about a 3rd pet for an additional fee.

Pool/ Spa*: 28'x16' (note: triangular pool). *The pool can be heated up to 88 degrees for an additional $750/week and $300/week for the spa, however it is not available from Memorial Day- Labor Day. Pool/spa heat can be added during check-out when booking online or over the phone with a Guest Ambassador. Last minute requests are not guaranteed and subject to a fee. We cannot guarantee pool heat maintains when the air temperature is below 60℉.

Perfect house and location

We've been vacationing in Hilton Head for close to 20 years. The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It's more spacious and wonderful in person. The neighborhood is quiet and the house , being at the end of a private road feels secluded in a good way. Love that all bedrooms have a private full bathroom. The pool, jacuzzi area with the large outside kitchen and eating area is great. The fact that the entire area was screened in was nice bc it can get buggy at night. We will definitely return.

Very Good

There was only one very small kitchen towel with the rental, hardly enough. We had trouble with the garbage pickup, as the trash cans were overflowing until Wednesday. I don't think the garbage was picked up on Saturday before our rental and don't blame it on previous renters, as the amount of garbage was not just from the Saturday check out process. Overall the house was very good.

Perfect!

This is our second stay at this beautiful home (first since new owner) Our family of 12 love the location, bug free pool-with "bird cage", spacious rooms and numerous bathrooms. The Game Room is a new and welcomed addition. Will surely book again! (love the 5% discount for repeaters!) Never had to call for service as everything was in good condition entire stay. Thanks for arranging perfect weather too!

Almost Perfect

The house itself was great. Plenty of room for everyone and the outdoor area was fantastic. Location was easy to get to and the house sits at the end of a small cul de ask which kept the outside quiet and enjoyable. The only issue that we had was with he kitchen. The kitchen itself was fine, but there were no extra garbage sack available (just the one that was already in the can) and there was only one roll of paper towels. In places where we have stayed in the past the kitchens always had extras of these items and more. Yes, just a minor issue but one that could maybe be rectified for the next guests. Beside those issues everything else was perfect.

Wonderful house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved the house! It was clean, super comfortable, the beds were cozy and I appreciated they had blankets instead of duvets. Also, there were extra pillows and blankets which was great. The kitchen was an absolute joy to cook in - stocked with everything you need which is very unusual for a beach house. We loved the pool area and spent a lot of time out there - grilled a couple of nights too. The screens around the pool cut some of the UV so even on the very hot day it was comfortable there. The house is in excellent repair and we really felt at home. It's convenient to shopping and the little fish market on the main road. It is a good walk from the beach when you have chairs, canopy, floats, toys ect. We solved that by putting all our stuff in the bed of my son's pickup and he would run us up to the boardwalk. Worked like a charm. The elevator made unloading a breeze and my husband loved he had an enclosed garage to keep his car in. It really is a fantastic house! The only two things I could possibly improve are that the master bedroom sheets were too small for the mattress and kept sliding off and the small refrigerator in the upstairs hall made a loud clanking noise. We just unplugged it and problem solved. Those are such minor things that they're hardly worth mentioning because the house is really awesome and so super comfortable you don't want to leave. Oh, and I did try to leave a review on the app but it didn't work. When you typed nothing showed up - just so you know.

Great House!

Perfect house for our family. All had their own rooms and bathrooms. Screened in pool was great for both kids and adults. The grilling area was excellent. Lots of privacy and a block from the beach. Will definitely rent this house again.

July 2020 Stay

The house on 7 Abalone Lane exceeded our expectations! The house was phenomenal! Very clean, well stocked kitchen and starter necessities. The pool/outdoor area was a hit with the kids AND adults. We used the pool area and grill daily. We only visited the beach one time because it was too crowded. We stayed at the house because we felt safer. The only suggestions I have about the home is labeling the oven settings. The temp numbers and bake settings were rubbed off so it was hard to gauge how to cook in the oven. Also, take off the message on the app that there is a ping pong table. There was not one in the garage as stated. Lastly, a little more clarity on where the “trash area” is located for the garbage truck to pick-up. Overall, we definitely will be using Vacation Homes of Hilton Head again. The customer service, the availability of the management company, the app, and this home were exceptional. This was the best COVID-19 getaway. THANK YOU!!

Beautiful home great area

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous, huge, clean and well stocked and maintained home, responsive property manager. Pool and deck/patio area were highlights, the screened in area was fantastic. Pool stays clean, no bugs which extended nightly swim time, great outside grill and tv, we were rarely indoors when not at the beach. We brought pool toys and had a blast. Usable garage and elevator if needed. Suggest bringing a griddle pan if you make large breakfasts, kitchen was super stocked otherwise. Beach area not too crowded during the week and beach access about 5 minute walk from home. Had great lunch at sea salts in walking distance of house. Drinks at coco's also walkable (bike better) on the beach. House location close to chaplin park which we used for soccer and biking. Easy drive to anywhere on island. Fish haul and mitchelville area worth a trip if you like history. All beaches were clean, great for bike riding. Lots of construction and related noise in the immediate area (which seems like will continue based on lots for sale) was the only trip negative but not reflective of home or property owners. Would definitely rent again and again.
