South End Beauty provides the quintessential Boston Brownstone experience. The location of this 1 Bedroom apartment is a walker’s paradise, just steps from The Boston Medical Center with easy access to Northeastern University, landmarks such as Copley Square, the Prudential Center, and the Boston Public Library.

The queen size bed, flat screen television, and fully equipped kitchen provide an instant home away from home experience. Coin op laundry in lower level.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract.
We have limited parking at 1008 Tremont , one mile from 1387 Washington Street at $375/mo. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.
Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.
There is a $150 lost key fee.
