The property has a swimming pool suspended on the rocks, where a stream passes. The facade of the house is totally facing the sea, with a north face, surrounded by mountains, stones and vegetation that integrate the scenery of the paradise that is Ilhabela.
The barbecue area has its own bathroom and has a table with benches and a ceiling fan.

Wonderful house for families!

The house is huge and there is comfortable accommodations for all. The view is beautiful and the neighborhood is nice and calm. The beaches and waterfalls close by are amazing! The clubhouse of the neighborhood is wonderful with a pretty vire of the sunset. The owner of the property was very helpful and easy to reach. There were few small things that were listed in the description of the house but were missing, such as toaster, frier, toilet paper, and paper tower. The showers were great but it was hard to control the temperature. There was no drinkable water or filter in the house so we had to buy. We wish we knew that before our arrival. I still give a 5 stars to this house since those are minor details that are easy to fix.

Casa excelente, muito bem equipada anfitriã muito acessível e flexível, pessoalmente a casa é ainda melhor do que nas fotos. A localização é um pouco distante da balsa mas fica em um condomínio muito seguro, excelente custo x beneficios, espero voltar em outra oportunidade.

Lindo lugar para momentos em família

Fomos muito bem recebidos na casa da Vilma, ela foi super prestativa em todos os momentos que tivemos dúvidas ou precisamos contatá-la. A casa fica em um condomínio muito aconchegante, com bastante estrutura e segurança. A vista para o mar é realmente linda. A área de lazer da casa é ótima, aproveitamos muito os dias ao ar livre. O condomínio é próximo (de carro) da praia do Curral e de uma piscina natural lindíssima. A casa possui wi fi, que funcionou perfeitamente para todos que estavam conectados. Em resumo, foi uma excelente estadia e voltaríamos mais vezes!

A casa é realmente como as fotos apresentadas no anúncio, ótima localização, perto da área da piscina do condomínio que é cobrado por pessoa a taxa de R$50,00 por pessoa para a utilização, dá para ir andando tranquilamente. Condomínio com ótima segurança.

Se não bastasse o fato de estar numa ilha maravilhosa, o imóvel onde nos hospedamos é um lugar realmente lindo. Casa aconchegante!

O motivo desta locação foi para acomodar minha família numa cerimônia de despedida que fizemos à minha Mãe que faleceu há alguns meses. Desde o primeiro contato com a Anfitriã, Sra Vilma, ela foi super gentil em atender minhas solicitações, e sempre esteve disponível para esclarecimentos. Com relação à sua casa, superou nossas expectativas, como se trata de uma casa de uso pessoal da proprietária, diferentemente do que ocorre em locação de casas de veraneio, a casa é tão aconchegante, longe do perfil de uma casa de rotatividade de locação para temporada, muito pelo contrário, se trata de um imóvel confortável com todas as comodidades que temos em nossa casa, confortável, limpa, preparada com carinho e cuidado para receber o hóspede. Minha família amou a casa, e nos sentimos tão à vontade. É uma casa que fica num condomínio maravilhoso, cujos funcionários são super gentis, com relação à área de lazer do condomínio, é cobrada uma taxa para que possamos usar, mas vou ser sincero, a casa é tão gostosa, com piscina, churrasqueira, e até uma máquina de gelo, que nem vale à pena usar a área de lazer do condomínio. Acomoda 5 veículos com tranquilidade, e outro destaque que vale pontuar é a segurança do local. A localização é distante do agito da ilha, o que traz mais segurança e tranquilidade. à vista do mar pelo condomínio é lindo, vale à pena conferir o por do sol. Fica próxima das praias mais badaladas da Ilha. Vale cada centavo investido. Com certeza retornaremos muitas outras vezes. Muito Obrigado Sra Vilma!

The pool was great. The AC kept things nice and cool. The master tub didn't work, a long with the AC in the master bedroom. Overall, nice place.

Imóvel lindo!

A casa é incrível!! Além de ser super aconchegante, tem uma vista maravilhosa e uma energia muito boa! Os quartos são bem divididos e a cozinha é muito bem estruturada. Eu e meus amigos amamos!! Com certeza retornaremos!

Ótimo Imóvel, proprietária atenciosa.

O Imóvel é bem cuidado, limpo, tem todos instrumentos para cozinhar e curtir a Ilha. Tudo é ainda melhor que o anúncio. A proprietária é bem atenciosa, excelente em seu atendimento. Recomendo a todos que querem ir curtir a Ilha e ficar em uma confortável residência, que fique neste imóvel.

Não tenho palavras para descrever ! Quando alugamos uma casa , dependemos além do conforto , dependemos da simpatia do proprietário , a Vilma , sem comparações ! Ela é super simpática , me deu dicas de tudo ! Não me deixou perdida ! Cheguei na casa e me senti em casa mesmo . Um lugar incrível ! A casa muito bem estruturada e cuidada . Maravilhosa, Perfeita

Simplesmente maravilhosa, é uma casa super confortável, muito bem cuidada, muito bem equipada com eletrodomésticos e mobiliários. Fomos uma turma de 14 pessoas e todas se acomodaram muito bem, a casa traz uma energia sem igual. Só temos a agradecer pela atenção e carinho que a proprietária teve conosco. Se o destino for ILHABELA temos a certeza que não teremos duvidas em voltar para esta casa maravilhosa... em meio a natureza.
