I'm from Chicago and I have been visiting Scottsdale for 30 years or more. I'm retired now from the window and door business and property management was always a hobby and now it's what I enjoy doing. I'll be looking at property in Italy this summer and hopefully I'll something nice to rent out on VRBO in 2025.
Why they chose this property
I love the location of Camello Vista. The finest restaurants are 5 minutes away. The hiking trails, pickleball courts, Fashion Square Mall, bike trails, Old Town Scottsdale are all close by.
What makes this property unique
This property is right on Via Camello Del Norte so you can park in front of the property during the daytime. Unit 106 was remodeled in 2022 and it was done perfectly.
