This 5 bed 5 bath complete home is just steps away from the water with a private boat dock for easy access to enjoy the beautiful Lake Eufaula located about 2 blocks from the house (free golf cart provided for transport). 4 of the bedrooms are full suites that include full baths. Living areas are large and spacious. Lots of outdoor spaces to make meals and memories or sit back and take in a movie by the fire.

My family is from Shawnee, OK, just a short drive away and we have always enjoyed being outside and at the lake. During COVID we had the opportunity to slow down a bit and decided to build this house to share with our family and friends. We have since relocated up the road in our new family house and hope that families can come enoy this one as much as we did.
Why they chose this property
We love the fun atmosphere of the neighborhood. Everyone is friendly and have a zest for living life to the fullest while on the water! The roads are paved making it convenient to travel with any vehicle type.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique in that we have 4 full suites, that include full bathrooms and a place to relax. While we love being together as a family, we wanted the option to slip away to a private space to relax and plan the next days adventures.
