A new chefs kitchen with full size high end appliances, ample cabinet space, and large granite counter tops. Enjoy a fully stocked coffee and tea bar. Off the kitchen is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry closet. Kitchen amenities include:

The large sectional faces a 65" smart 4k HDTV. The opposite side of the room features a traditional dining area that also has power outlets on the tabletop that can make the space double as a workspace. The sliding glass doors lead you to the outdoor entertaining area.

Outdoor entertaining area-
The backyard is a complete entertaining space featuring string lighting over the entire space, a small outdoor dining table, bbq grill, gas fire pit surrounded by seating for the whole family, and 4 sun bathing loungers. Looking for something to do? Check out the fun directional sign in the backyard with distance and direction to tons of fun things in the area.

Master Bedroom, The Green Room -
Peaceful and inviting, painted in a relaxing green with elegant hand stripped accent wall and more painted original hardwood floors. The master bedroom features a grand four post king size bed, luxurious firm and soft pillows, device charging stations at each bedside, remote controlled ceiling fan, smart 4K HDTV, full size dresser and mirror, and closet. Inside the closet you'll find hangers, ironing board, iron, full length mirror, and extra blanket.

Bedroom #2, The Turquoise Room-
Funky and fun with turquoise painted ceilings and a turquoise 3D accent wall with more original hardwood floors. Trimmed with gold decor and flamingos, the kids are sure to love this room. The room has a queen size bed with sets of luxury firm and soft pillows and device charging stations at both sides of the bed. A 4K smart HDTV, dresser/shelf and mirror, remote controlled ceiling fan, and closet to make yourself right at home. In the closet you'll find hangers supplied, extra blankets, and a full length mirror.

Bedroom #3, The Yellow Room-
Brighten up your day in the yellow room. More of those beautiful original hardwood floors with light and welcoming yellow painted walls and accent wall covered by fishing net. Offering a full size bed with firm and soft pillow sets and device charging stations on each bedside. You'll find more of the same with another smart 4k HDTV, shelving to unpack your belongings, closet stocked with hangers and extra blanket, full length mirror, and a remote controlled ceiling fan.

Bathroom -
The bathroom offers a custom tiled shower with rainfall shower head and wand and vanity with a large well lit mirror. Forget your soap? No problem, the shower dispenser has soap, shampoo, and conditioner. In the linen cabinet you'll find extremely soft and fluffy bath towels and plenty of room to store your toiletries during your stay. Lastly, you'll find a squatty potty at the toilet (If you know you know).
