This clean and bright 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, cookie sheets, crock pot, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, French press coffee maker, toaster and more. In the living room, you will find a comfortable couch, 55" smart TV, Palm Springs travel books, and games. Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds with memory foam toppers, each with a smart TV, luggage rack and charging cables for your phone. The third bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub/ shower, king bed with memory foam topper, tv, bedside lamps, luggage rack, and French doors leading to the outdoor pool space. The outdoor space, enclosed by a beautiful and modern tiger wood fence, features a private pool and spa, BBQ, outdoor dining table, two reclining lounge chairs with ottomans, a couch, and firepit.
Spa heat is included in your stay.
Pool heat is NOT INCLUDED. Heat is an additional $70/day and can be paid for after booking. Please give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice for pool heat. We will turn on the heater remotely to a comfortable 86 degrees

The responsible party occupying this vacation rental must be at least 25 years old, and is responsible for the compliance of the vacation rental regulations for all occupants and guests
RENTAL AGREEMENT: The City of Palm Springs requires all renters to sign a Rental Agreement with the owner. You will need to do this after you book the property.
Palm Springs Citywide Short-Term Rental Rules
• NO MUSIC or LOUD NOISES OUTSIDE. If playing music indoors, keep the doors closed and it must not be audible at the property line. This is a citywide rule every short-term rental must follow. Remember, there are families living on this street so please keep the noise down.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am. Please consider moving indoors during these hours. This home is on a QUIET street with good neighbors so please be respectful.
• Occupants are subject to immediate citation and fine for creating a disturbance or violating the vacation rental or other regulations. If a neighbor calls to report a noise violation you may face a $500 fine for violating the Good Neighbor Policy.

House Rules
• This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE.
• Maximum occupancy of 6 adults and 2 children at all times, and the house shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. We will enforce this rule to protect you, and us, from a city citation and penalty. If this rule is violated, we may charge an additional $50 per extra person per day.
• Maximum of 3 cars allowed at this property.
• Smoking is only permitted outdoors and renter must clean up and leave no mess behind.
• All trash and recycling must be placed into city containers on the side of the house. Trash is collected on Thursday. Please do not move the cans as the city will bring them down to the curb and replace when finished.
• Off-limits - Garage and closet in the master bathroom are off-limits
• Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
• Fire and bbq rules: Propane is included for firepit and bbq. Please take care not to waste it. Turn off the grill and firepit propane tanks when not in use. If you need extra during your stay, please reach out.
• No pets allowed. While we love our pups and love to travel with them, this property is not suitable for them. We accept assistance animals. No other animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except as specifically authorized in your reservation. You also agree that we cannot and do not guarantee that no animals have been in the Property prior to your use or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens.
Pool and Spa
• Spa heat is free of charge. Refer to the house manual for instructions on turning on the spa heat. Temperature is set to heat up to 102 degrees.
• Pool heat is NOT INCLUDED. Heat is an additional $70/day. Please give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice for pool heat. We will turn on the heater remotely to a comfortable 86 degrees.
• Please, do NOT TOUCH the pool equipment. We have a camera placed on the equipment to ensure this rule is followed. Renters will be required to cover the cost of equipment if deemed responsible for damage.
• Absolutely no glass in the pool.
• Pool and spa DO NOT have a fence or a gate so please be careful. Please ensure children are supervised. You understand that use of the pool is at your own risk and that you are responsible for any bodily injury or harm as a result of using the pool and spa.
Breaking the rules can be grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
Security Cameras: There are three security cameras on the property. One on the driveway aimed at the front yard, one aimed at the side gate/pool equipment, and one in the garage. These are here to protect the property and will never be aimed at any of the living spaces, patio, or pool. You will have total privacy. :)
