Forest Ridge - 3br Luxury Townhouse In Premier Mountain Resort

If you're looking for the ultimate New Hampshire experience, look no further. Few New Hampshire rentals can match the setting, quality and convenience of our property on a year round basis.

Our 3 bedroom townhouse sleeps 8 and is equipped with everything you will need for a great family vacation. There is a ski closet and ample wood for making a fire. After slipping off your shoes or ski boots in our heated mud-room, you will walk into the main living area where you will be greeted by Abe (the name our daughters gave to the Moose that hangs overhead).

The living room is spacious, beautifully furnished and boasts a wood-burning fireplace, 60 inch flat screen TV, reclining leather sofas, and a half bath. The dining area has room for 9 and opens out onto our private deck, which has comfy deck furniture and a gas grill. The kitchen has everything you’ll need including a microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The adjacent laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, chase lounge chair, and a full master bath. Two additional bedrooms are upstairs: one bedroom has a queen bed with a 37” flat screen TV, and the other has two sets of twin bunk beds. The upstairs bedrooms share a spacious bathroom.

There is WiFi throughout and a full listing of cable channels including Showtime and other premium channels. We have a Nest thermostat that can be programmed remotely so that the home will be heated appropriately when you arrive.

Walk out our front door and around the back of the house to take the short cut to the Clubhouse, which is a 2 minute walk away. Enjoy our Sports Club with its indoor pool and new outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, steam room, and tennis courts. The clubhouse has a game room with ping pong table and a selection of books and board games. The adjacent Kanc Rec Area has outdoor basketball courts, a softball field and a playground for summer time fun. In the winter, enjoy outdoor ice skating and a smaller mountain perfect for beginners and children with day and night skiing!

Forest Ridge has a dedicated shuttle bus to Loon Mountain and is the only community with GPS tracking for the bus so you can track its location from your smart phone. The shuttle runs in the winter on weekends and during the holiday and school vacation break. There are several festivals, including the Highland Games, throughout the year that are within walking distance of our home. This beautiful unit is the perfect home and location to enjoy a vacation with family or friends. It is the place to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Summer and fall activities in the area include zip lines, gondola rides at Loon and Cannon Mountain, an aerial adventure park, Whale’s Tail outdoor water adventure park, ATV excursions, moose sighting tours, kayaking, tubing, and swimming on the Pemigewasset River, Franconia Notch State Park which has trails and swimming holes such as the Indian Head hiking trail and Georgiana Falls and trail, and the White Mountain Central railroad.
