Welcome to our charming, centrally located Coronado property! This recently renovated two-bedroom space offers comfort and authentic Coronado charm.

The primary bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, both beautifully furnished. The spacious living area includes a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen leads to a private patio for outdoor dining.

Enjoy amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi, central heating, and a washer/dryer. Family-friendly extras include beach gear, a Pack n Play, high chair, and more. Ideal for exploring Coronado's top attractions!

Getting Around:
Guests will have access to one parking spot located right off of the alley in front of the home. There is ample free street parking in the surrounding area. Please keep an eye out for street sweeping signs.

We're excited you're considering our property for your getaway! To make your stay even more special, we offer the option to rent multiple bungalows on our beautiful grounds.

Enjoy a private enclave surrounded by lush gardens, perfect for groups who want a mix of shared and personal space. Each bungalow blends comfort and style, featuring spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens, ideal for relaxation.

Pet Policy:
We allow one hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog (under 30 pounds) per reservation with prior approval. A $300 fee applies, and a mid-stay cleaning is required for stays longer than two weeks. Unapproved pets incur a $500+ fee. Pets must have their own bed, stay off furniture, and be walked off-property for relief. Guests are responsible for waste cleanup. Damages may result in a partial or full security deposit deduction. Please add your pet on your reservation when checking out and include their weight and breed in a message.

House Rules:

Only registered guests allowed; no additional visitors without prior approval.
This is not a party house. Please respect our home, neighbors, and quiet hours starting at 9 PM. If quiet hours aren’t suitable for your group, this may not be the right property for you.
