Muito bom acerca do imóvel, nada a reclamar quanto ao imóvel, mas no resto precisa melhorar

Muito bom o imóvel, nada a reclamar quanto ao imóvel, mas a área de lazer atende a cinco complexos com vários blocos de apartamentos em cada complexo, o que tornou quase impossível desfrutar da área de lazer a partir de sexta à noite até domingo, tendo em vista que os apartamentos ficam ocupados e a área de lazer completamente lotada. Outra falha da área de lazer, não tem uma piscina para tomar banho à noite, todas as piscinas (inclusive os ofurôs) entram em manutenção e as duas que ficam à disposição à noite (com a manutenção já realizada e água já trocada) é impossível utilizar porque a temperatura da água é muito alta. Enfim, esqueça utilizar piscina à noite. Outro ponto fraco, não tem cerveja puro malte disponível para você comprar, somente as cervejas tradicionais.

OTIMO,APT. MUITO BOM, GELADEIRA GRANDE.

Apt. muito bom, geladeira grande faz uma diferença enorme, fogao eletrico bom, tvs otima, banheiros bons, cama confortavel, muito agradavel, armarios e utensilios a contento. só encontrei um problema que pode ser resolvido a torneira da pia da cozinha sai pouca agua, mas não altera a satisfação do imovel;

super organizado

nós adoramos o imovel, tudo organizado e bem arrumado, são quarto e sala separados e possui dois banheiro, sendo que pode ir dois casais que fica tudo separado, assim sendo gostamos muito do imovel e pretendemos volta.

Ótima localização em relação ao parque aquático, o apartamento está em excelente condição. O parque aquático é de excelente qualidade. Proprietária atenciosa e prestativa. Fomos em 5 pessoas (3 adultos e 2 crianças) achei que ficou um pouco apertado e a falta da cozinha incomoda um pouco, apesar de ter sido informada previamente sobre isso, faz muita falta uma pia, ou utensílios como faca e colher, só tem disponível para uso dois copos. Se você quiser lavar uma maça tem que ser na pia do banheiro. Realmente dificulta, principalmente quando se tem crianças.

TUDO PERFEITO

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa hospedagem no AP da Silvia. Tudo muito novo e arrumadinho como mostra as fotos. E o diferencial que conta muito (2 banheiros). E o bom é que fica bem próximo a entrada do Clube. O Clube é perfeito e completo, diversão total (maravilhoso, Top). A Silvia nem se fala. Simpática, atenciosa e muito rápida no atendimento. Rapidinho me retornou no Whatsapp. Muito responsável e eficiente. Enfim, só tenho elogios. E pode ter certeza que voltarei e vou indicar a outras pessoas. Parabéns Silvia e obrigada.

Lugar Perfeito

Hotel espetacular, apartamento superou as expectativas, o tratamento que a proprietária Silvia nos deu foi de uma simpatia sem tamanho. Pretendo voltar muito em breve. Meus parabéns pelo atendimento e também pelo hotel e parque aquático, um dos melhores de Caldas Novas.

Tudo maravilhoso !

Hospedei com a Sílvia por cinco dias com minha família e foi tudo perfeito ! Lá todos são muito educados, o lugar é super aconchegante e tudo novinho, o clube é tudo de bom, uma delícia, a proprietária foi muito atenciosa e sempre que solicitado, sanou todas nossas dúvidas !
