Large green back yard with grass and an amazing garden, complete with fresh herbs and vegetables for cooking. Nestled in the nicest neighborhood in the valley (Arcadia) tucked away on a quiet street. This delightful estate is a phenomenal vacation rental for guests seeking a lovely and superb stay. With 3 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The 2 bathrooms offer a range of amenities, from a bathtub and bidet to a refreshing shower and hair dryer. Additionally, the living room provides an extra space with a cozy futon. Living room has 90 inch Sony 4k TV with built in Atmos surround system. This also has a second living room with fireplace . All rooms have hybrid Temperpedic beds. All the furnishings are brand new from Restoration Hardware. This home also has luxury linens , towels and cookware. 5 mins from airport, 5 minutes form old town , 5 minutes from uptown and steps to everything in the Biltmore and Arcadia. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Phoenix.
