March Break Getaway

Thank you for an amazing stay. We found the house amazing and it met and exceeded our expectations. It was clean and very well kept and had good amenities. We felt at home. The backyard had plenty of chairs and the pool was great. My granddaughter spent many hours in the pool during our stay. Communication with the host was seamless and she attended to all of our requests in a prompt manner. We have been staying in the Davenport area for the last 20yrs and will definitely look at booking this house next year. Beautiful House

Peaceful, quiet neighborhood with a great location, beung clise to all Disney & Universal. Coxoa Beach & Clearwater Beach are also obly an hour and a half away.Relaxing in the heated pool at the end of the day was a dream.Owner is extremely responsive to quesyions/concerns. Very sweet.

Exactly what we needed

This property was perfect for our family gathering. Dulce was very responsive and accommodating. Everything went smoothly with the reservation, check-in, and our stay. The neighboorhood was great for taking a walk and two parks were nearby for the little one. It's also conveniently close to grocery and other stores. We were all very glad we chose to stay here.

Peaceful week

I love the layout of this home. It’s like you have your own private bedroom and bath at opposite ends of the house. Very nice. The pool was great and very relaxing. My only suggestion would be to have more wash rags in each bathroom. Great home and location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Nice size house-just nothing "exceptional"

The house size is great! The amenities are basic and there was nothing that went over and above. We did arrive an hour early with traveling and reached out and were allowed to enter, which we appreciated after a long travel day. The back slider to the pool was extremely difficult to open. Someone did come to look at it, but it wasn't able to be repaired during our stay which was VERY inconvenient! This can't be a new issue, so we were disappointed it wasn't addressed earlier. The master exhaust fan is an issue (as others have mentioned), and again should have been addressed earlier. The fridge water filter needs to be changed as well. The lack of supplying pool towels when you have a pool and people are traveling should be reconsidered by the owner, that's a huge inconvenience. Nothing "extra" is supplied such as paper plates, napkins, salt and pepper shakers, hand soap in kitchen or master bath, laundry supplies, aluminum foil or plastic wrap. To describe as "only need to bring your groceries" would be inaccurate. We spent a bunch on those little "extras" that we have come to enjoy in many other homes we have stayed in. Like we said, nice size house, just nothing exceptional.

Great place, quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay. The house was just as described. We each had our own room, so we could get time away from the group if we needed it. The accommodations were excellent. We were visiting Universal and Kennedy Space Center, so we were driving a lot. We expected the distance, and were ok with it because we could afford the nicer rental by staying a little further out. I should note that traffic was slightly worse than we expected, but it was not too bad. Beds were comfortable and the pool was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely rent this house again.

Nice house for a family

The Queen bed was too high and very uncomfortable. We sagged to the middle . The game room was not a separate room, but in the garage which was not air conditioned and could not play. The lamp in the kids room did not work. Also the fan in the queen room makes a lot of noise. There was only a inch of dish detergent in the bottle to wash dishes. And the garbage bags need to be larger than a 13gallon.

Do not stay anywhere else

What an amazing stay! This place has all the amenities anyone could ask for. The neighborhood is beautiful and feels super safe. Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping are just a short drive away. I went with my wife and 3 boys and we found it was tough to leave the house as we really enjoyed the pool and the relaxation that the property offers. We will be renting this place again if we return to Florida. Dulce was awesome to deal with and so accommodating as she let us into the property a few hours early on the Friday that we took possession. I highly recommend Dulce and her property!

Great family trip

Greatly enjoyed our stay recently. It was a great set up for 5 people including our 4 year granddaughter making her first Disney trip. The location had easy access to the parks and Disney Springs and dining options. The home was clean and roomy and the pool was clean and well kept. Highly recommend for groups looking for Orlando place to stay.

Absolutely Perfect!

This was one of my best VRBO stays! Dulce is an amazing host and has everything so well put together ! She checked in with us several times to make sure everything was what we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool!!! This property is very well kept. Location is a little further than we wanted but it didn’t bother us because of how comfortable the house was !!!

What makes my home unique is that it has two master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a bathtub. It’s very spacious, with a combined family area and open kitchen. There is another private area where the main living and dining rooms are located. It has a game room in the garage for entertainment.
The home features a beautiful pool, perfect for enjoying those hot days and soaking up the Florida sun.

The house is just minutes away from Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland, and all the major attractions in Orlando. It is surrounded by championship golf courses, including the prestigious Highland Reserve, and is only 40 minutes from both Orlando and Tampa airports. Easy access to Route 27 and Interstate I-4.
