The Space:
Transformed from an RV garage, this spacious loft offers guests a unique stay with a country-feel view. Whether you're sipping coffee on the patio overlooking the cow pastures, taking a soothing dip in the hot tub or making s'mores by the campfire, this home ensures quality relaxation time.

Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a huge open space adorned with high lofted tray ceilings. A Big A@@ Fan overhead caters for your air circulation needs. The living area features plenty of comfortable seating and a TV for entertaining movie nights in.

The queen bedroom downstairs promises peaceful nights, while the roomy loft area provides extra sleeping space and a play area for kids. All linens are provided, promising a worry-free stay.

Its heart, the full-size kitchen, is fully-equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and more. Preparing your meals will be a breeze with cooking basics provided. Dine indoors at the spacious dining table or opt for an open-air meal on the balcony. Challenge your mates to a game on the foosball table for some light-hearted fun.

The full-size bathroom comes with a walk-in tiled shower and a stackable W/D, ensuring a convenient stay. Complimentary basic toiletries will leave you refreshed and ready for the day’s adventures.

Designed for all-season comfort, the loft has air conditioning and heating facilities. Plus, the indoor fireplace adds extra warmth on chilly evenings.

Guest Access:
Guests have free access to all the amenities offered within the loft. Outdoor spaces such as the fire-pit and fenced area for pets are also accessible. Complimentary wifi throughout ensures you stay connected. Free parking is available on the property, and self-check-in with smart lock facilitates a seamless arrival process.

Though the roundabout driveway is shared with the main home, the separate parking area ensures privacy.

The Neighborhood:
The space is located in a rural area. Have one neighbor down the hill who is a long hauler trucker and has several Semi Trucks, campers parked in his yard. Their is a "LOUD" Tornado warning siren across the street that is tested the 1st Tuesday of every month for five minutes during the daytime. West Morgan High is about 5 miles from the property. Dollar Tree is roughly 4 miles from the property. All shops, restaurants and such are located on Beltline Rd, Decatur, which is about ~10 min drive.

Getting Around:
This space definitely requires a car to get around.

Other Things to Note:
Located in rural Alabama, having a car is crucial for accessing surrounding amenities such as Caddo Cafeteria, Kathy's Catfish & Bar-B-Q, and Veterans Memorial Park. This also allows you to explore attractions like Point Mallard Waterpark.
