Growing up a proud Wisconsinite, going 'Up North' was our summer and winter family getaways. Heading to the log cabin on the lake meant catching fish, sitting by the fire, riding bikes and playing cards. Lots of laughter and more cards was the friend & family vacation theme. In the winter we headed north again to play in the snow and hit the "mountains" of the Midwest. My wish is to be able to offer a glimpse into the charm of the laid back Wisconsin way.
