Welcome to our beautiful ranch in the heart of the Catskills in upstate New York! Our new 3 bed/2 bath home is on 5 acres yet just 5 minutes from town. In and around Narrowsburg you'll find skiing, hiking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, spas and more!

RELAXING
Curl up in our large and light-filled living room complete with a wood-burning fireplace and two spacious, configurable sofas. The layout is fully open and furnished with colorful designer furniture.

DINING
Cook in our stunning kitchen with professional-grade appliances by Bertazzoni, Bosch and Fisher & Paykel. It is large enough for several simultaneous cooks and it is fully stocked. Our 8 foot dining table and screened porch/open deck are perfect for dinner parties.

ENTERTAINING
Enjoy a true in-home-theater experience in our media room. HD projector, 10 foot projection screen, 5.1 digital surround sound, Amazon Fire TV and laptop hookups are all ready to go, making it perfect for movie nights. For an unplugged night, try the board games!

SLEEPING
Rest up in any of the 6 beds: 3 queen bedrooms, 1 queen sofa bed in the basement and 2 twin sofas in the living room. There is also an extra inflatable mattress. All bedding and toiletries are provided.

But for the oven...

We were there to make Thanksgiving dinner. The host messaged the day before that the oven wasn’t working. We made do and only stayed one night. The host's communication was good.

Comfortable house in a nice area

Modern house with a good kitchen, comfortable amenities, and an easy check in process. It was a bit inconvenient to have to wash and dry all the towels before checkout - delayed our departure a bit - but not that big of a deal.

Clean and Relaxing Home

The home was beautiful, clean, and the perfect place for a relaxing weekend with a friends. The property is fairly isolated, so everything was really quiet and calm. Two bits of advice: get everything you will need on the way to the house, there is not too much close by. There is no microwave at the house, which is not a big issue, but just something to be aware of. All in all we had a lovely stay and I would definitely return to the house!!

Fantastic escape

The place is great with a terrific view of woods and is very private. The downstairs tv/projection unit makes cuddling up on the couch an even more fun night. The fireplace and the outdoor fire pit are lovely. The bathrooms are huge and feel like a spa.

Great modern escape in the woods

We had a great few days at this escape in the woods near the Delaware river gap. The house is clean, modern and quiet (seemed brand new). We loved the big kitchen, fireplace and projector TV downstairs. The porch would be awesome in the summer. Christy was well organized and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

Weekend retreat with friends

I needed a place for one night at the last minute to celebrate a relaxed birthday. I'm so glad I found this place. The owner was very responsive and helpful, all the information provided was accurate. We arrived and settled in and had everything we could want with no fuss. It was perfect with it's open layout for the dinner we had in mind, a lovely fireplace and it felt very secluded. I'm very glad we found this place and look forward to returning to explore the local area which seemed full of things to do and places to go.

Perfect Spot for my 40th Birthday with Old Friends

All I needed for my 40th was a space to get away with 5 friends, mostly new dads, who I hadn't seen in some time. This property is a mod upgrade on the traditional mountain cabin, stocked with amenities and deco charm. Clean, airy, and with space to cook, dine, and congregate either around the fire pit, on the deck, or by the glow of the Amazon Fire-equipped projector. There are 3 rooms proper and 3 comfortable sleeper sofas, 2 in a bright common area. It all worked for us, and Christy was gracious enough to accommodate the slightly larger group. There's a great grocery store (Pete's) a short drive away that has everything you'll need from sundries to meats as well as local dairy and local beers. We were a tad off-season but still enjoyed walking "downtown" and exploring some sites. The best gift was time and no fuss.
