The Accommodation
Our villa offers an extraordinary holiday experience on 240 sqm of living space and a huge plot of approximately 15,000 sqm. With its rural and tranquil surroundings, it's the perfect vacation retreat. You'll love the sea views and nature and can relax on the large terrace or by the pool.

The villa is luxuriously furnished and features a 1.8 x 2 m waterbed, two 1.6 x 2 m double beds, and two 1 x 2 m single beds. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV with Netflix & Disney Plus and a collection of board games. The fully equipped kitchen with high-quality coffee machine, gas stove, large refrigerator, and other amenities leaves nothing to be desired.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower attachment, bidet, and hairdryer. For comfort, there's a washing machine, dryer, and fast internet. Air conditioning in the upper area and three of the four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer additional luxury.

Other Important Notes
High-quality towels and linens are provided. Cleaning services during the stay are optionally available. A car is required for accessibility. Pool use is at your own risk, children should be supervised. In order to pay the tourist tax, we will request the personal data of each guest before check-in. This is a government requirement and therefore mandatory.
